DUG Glashütte has shrunk its Purist into a compact 37 mm case. Shop titles are Purist 37 Typ 1 (applied baton / line indices) and Purist 37 Typ 2 (Arabic numerals). Press and the collection hub call the family Purist 37. This is a configuration matrix — two dial types × three colours × date / no-date × leather / bracelet — not a stated limited edition.

The fit number that matters for ~6.5" is the official 43.9 mm lug-to-lug on a true 37 mm three-piece steel case, 10.35 mm thick. That is a short-span Glashütte-finished daily, not a dress-flat. Buy path is DTC from Germany — FAQ: not at jewellers; exclusive online shop — so Singapore GST and any duty sit with the buyer.

Official numbers (DUG PDP)

Typ 1 and Typ 2 product pages agree on a 37 mm three-piece stainless-steel case, 43.9 mm lug-to-lug, 10.35 mm height, and 100 m / 10 ATM water resistance. Crystal is slightly domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on both sides; the caseback is sapphire. Surfaces are brushed and polished; the crown is the diamond-shaped fluted / knurled piece Monochrome and WhoWatchWear both flag.

The automatic is DUG 200 — Sellita SW200 architecture, finished in Glashütte: hand-applied perlage, finished bridges and plates, blued screws, and an openworked 24k gold-plated rotor with a tungsten weight. Official beat is 28,800 vph with a ~40-hour reserve. No-date variants drop the unused date-crown “ghost” position. Brand FAQ states average accuracy 0 to +8 seconds/day and a stop-seconds function on DUG movements — useful orientation, not a chronometer certificate (FAQ says official testing would add roughly EUR 500–600 per watch).

Typ 1 and Typ 2 — same geometry, two faces

Cover the pair lightly: same case, same movement, same price matrix. Typ 1 is the restrained baton / line-index face (leather no-date example Q1NS-LS). Typ 2 is the more traditional Arabic-numeral face (leather no-date example Q2NS-LS). Both offer textured dials in Onyx Black / Moon White / Royal Blue, Swiss Super-LumiNova BG W9 (white by day, blue-green afterglow), and an optional date at 6 with a colour-matched disc.

Prefer no-date + leather for the lightest daily read on ~6.5"; the steel bracelet is the same 18 mm lug with quick-release and fine adjustment if that clasp actually fits your wrist. Do not invent a “best” colour — pick the dial you can live with, then confirm strap vs bracelet at checkout.

Fit on ~6.5″ — short span, moderate stack

On a ~6.5" (≈165 mm) wrist, 43.9 mm tip-to-tip on a 37 mm barrel is a strong daily candidate: short L2L for the diameter, downturned enough on paper that lug tips should sit inside the flat of the arm. That is a geometry argument, not an on-wrist claim — DUG is DTC-only, so there is no Singapore tray to confirm flare or bracelet drape.

Height is honest everyday, not dress-thin. Official 10.35 mm sits with the Hanhart MAD Preventor HD12 36 at 10.5 mm (L2L 43 official — same short-span class) and above the Union Seris Small Second 36 at 9.9 mm. Leather is the lighter first read; bracelet fine-adjust is the variable. If 43.9 mm already feels upper-comfortable on your wrist, do not assume the steel end-links will drape the same way. Soft SGD / Singapore buying path

Authoritative list is the official EUR matrix Monochrome prints and the shop uses: EUR 1,199 leather no-date, +EUR 100 for the steel bracelet, +EUR 100 for the date, max config EUR 1,399. The English PDP may show a $1,499 geo/display price — treat that as a storefront currency, not the list we orient from.

Soft FX only (EURSGD ~1.465, Frankfurter 2026-09-18): leather no-date is about ~S$1.76k if you pay the DE list including VAT, or about ~S$1.48k on a soft ex-VAT class (÷1.19). Those are orientation bands, not a quote and not a landed Singapore total. Confirm live checkout currency, whether DE VAT strips for a non-EU ship-to, and the ship line before you card.
