Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Master Control Chronomètre line opened at Watches & Wonders 2026 with a trilogy. The flagship is the Master Control Chronomètre Perpetual Calendar: steel Q4178180 and 18K pink gold Q417216J. Official numbers that matter for ~6.5" are a 39 mm case, 9.2 mm thick, and 5 bar / 50 m water resistance. The movement is manufacture automatic Calibre 868 — perpetual calendar plus moon, 70 hours, 4 Hz / 28,800 vph, COSC chronometer plus the new HPG (High Precision Guarantee) seal on the cased watch.

This is JLC’s first integrated metal bracelet — a three-row tapered bracelet conceived for the collection, not a strap QP with a bracelet option. Lug-to-lug is unpublished on the official press kit and the SG / US PDPs. Watch Advice’s 22 September 2026 hands-on prints 44 mm. That span is third-party only until JLC publishes it. Soft money on steel is the official Singapore list: S$64,000 including taxes. Pink gold is price on request / enquire. We do not invent stock, a waitlist, or an AD discount.

Official numbers (JLC press + SG PDP)

JLC’s 14 April 2026 press intro and the matching Singapore PDP agree on a 39 mm steel or 18K pink-gold case, 9.2 mm thick, sapphire crystal, open sapphire caseback, and 5 bar (50 m). Calibre 868 is automatic manufacture: perpetual calendar and moon, 70-hour reserve, 4 Hz, 4.72 mm thick, 332 components / 46 jewels. Certification is COSC plus the new HPG protocol on the cased watch — altitude, shocks, positions, temperature — not a movement-only stamp.

The steel dial is a blue-grey gradient sunray with four calendar sub-dials: month and year at 12, day at 3, date at 9, moon at 6 with a hammered platinum-leaf moon. Pink gold swaps to a bronze / toffee-brown sunray and a hammered gold-leaf moon. Official copy: the calendar stays correct until 2100 if the watch remains wound; a single case-side corrector advances the indications together. Revolution and aBlogtoWatch note that corrector is forward-only — useful if you overshoot, not a fit blocker.

Integrated bracelet — first for JLC, still try-on

Official press is clear that the case and fully integrated three-row bracelet were designed together for this collection. Central links alternate vertical satin-brush with polished triangular-prism pieces; the outer rows take V-shaped polished bevels that echo the Dauphine hands and applied indexes. That is brand geometry talk, not a WristFit on-wrist. The clasp is an official integrated double-folding / butterfly. Watch Advice and Monochrome add a micro-adjust / comfort-release — helpful if it matches what you feel at the tray, not a reason to skip a try-on.

On ~6.5", integrated bracelets fail more often on taper and clasp bulk than on case diameter. A 39 mm QP that sits short can still feel wide where the first links leave the case, or stiff where the clasp lands on the underside of the wrist. We have no invented on-wrist photo and no Singapore tray measurement of our own.

Fit on ~6.5″ — good candidate, flag the 44

On a ~6.5" (≈165 mm) wrist, official 39 mm plus 9.2 mm is a strong QP read: compact barrel, thin enough that a perpetual calendar does not automatically become a cuff-blocker. Integrated lugs remove the projecting overhang you get on a classic Master Control dress case. Then stop. L2L 44 mm is the published span, and it is not official.

If Watch Advice is right, 44 mm sits inside the WristFit ~42–46 mm try-on band for ~6.5" — not long, no HOLD on length alone. Their 22 September 2026 hands-on (reviewer on a 16 cm wrist) reported no overhang, a flat sit, and a high wearability score. That is supportive for an audience slightly larger than 16 cm. It is still one reviewer’s wrist, not a WristFit tray.

Score it a good fit candidate for ~6.5", not a free pass. Try it on for bracelet taper, clasp micro-adjust, and whether you want this much dial density on a 39. The fit checker can use 44 only if you accept a third-party span; it stays Incomplete on official tip-to-tip until JLC prints one. Soft SGD / Singapore buying path

Primary Soft-SGD cite is the official Singapore PDP: S$64,000 including taxes on steel Q4178180. That is a published SG list, not an FX invention. Pink gold Q417216J is official POR / enquire. aBlogtoWatch has noted AD sightings around US$83.5k for pink gold — orientation only, not a Singapore tag we will print as list.

Secondary orientation, not a second quote: US PDP prints US$45,700 excluding taxes (steel); Watch Advice / Hodinkee / Revolution have used ~€39,500 excl.; Monochrome’s quick facts print €47,400 steel / €87,000 pink gold in a VAT-incl style; UK PDP £41,000 including taxes (steel). Soft FX from the 22 September 2026 open.er-api.com print (USD→SGD ≈ 1.276 · EUR→SGD ≈ 1.464): US$45,700 × 1.276 ≈ ~S$58.3k ex-tax orientation; €47,400 × 1.464 ≈ ~S$69.4k. The published SG list of S$64k sits in that band. Prefer the SG list. Do not convert those foreign tickets into a landed Singapore total.

That lands soft Band 5 (S$25k+ planning band).
