Tudor Black Bay 54
37 mm, 11.2 mm thick, third-party ~46 mm lug-to-lug on our pages. For ~6.5" this is usually the default modern Tudor diver — short footprint for the category, still a real diver under cuffs.
Verdict: shortlist first if you want a compact Black Bay. Compare against the 58 the same visit; geometry beats forum consensus.

Tudor Black Bay 58
39 mm, 11.7 mm thick, official 47.8 mm lug-to-lug. The earlier small-wrist darling — plenty of 6.5" wearers still daily it; others switch once they feel the 54 beside it.
Verdict: viable, not automatic. If lug tips clear and you prefer the dial/bezel, keep it. If overhang bothered you on other 39 mm divers, try the 54 before committing.

Tudor Royal 36
36 mm, official 42.4 mm lug-to-lug, 9.7 mm thick — the shortest official L2L in this Tudor roundup. Sport-chic integrated bracelet rather than a dive bezel.
Verdict: strong ~6.5" pick when you want Tudor manufacture presence without diver height. Cuff-friendly relative to Black Bay Pro or thick divers; still measure your wrist — integrated cases wear differently than drilled lugs.

Tudor Black Bay Pro
39 mm, third-party ~47 mm lug-to-lug (Hodinkee; Tudor M79470 PDP publishes no L2L), 14.6 mm thick — GMT field tool we list in the GMT style hub.
Verdict: length is in the same ballpark as BB58 for some wrists, but the stack height is not. At ~6.5" it can work if lugs clear from the side; if shirt cuffs are tight, try Royal 36 or a slimmer GMT before forcing this case.
